This can be used for a company performing services such as repair, landscaping, etc. or one that is selling any number of goods. It has a very basic format that makes it useful for anyone needing to give a customer a quote for work.

Available on 2 Part White-Yellow or 3 Part White-Yellow-Pink carbonless(NCR) paper. This paper copies whatever is written on the top sheet to the other sheet(s), allowing you to have multiple copies of your filled out form.
Our forms are not stock forms that sit on the shelf waiting to be stamped/imprinted like you get from many office supply stores. We print your entire form after you order, so if you have a color logo it will be printed on each page of the form in color. This allows us to customize every form to your individual needs.
